The main conclusion from the healthcare real estate barometer 2015 is that investment in healthcare real estate has a positive outlook. In the Netherlands, however, this is a strongly underdeveloped market, as Dutch healthcare organizations have only recently (2012) become responsible for their own real estate. In other countries, investing in cure and care real estate is very common. Foreign investors see possibilities in the Netherlands. This session will give an overview of chances and possibilities including tingling stories about new financial investment forms, a care bond fund, robust business cases, flexibility, returns and perspectives on the future for Dutch health real estate.
