Joram Nauta is an experienced project manager in the Dutch Centre for Health Assets, part of TNO. His research interest in the past decade in the field of health care architecture have been about how buildings and organisations  can reinforce effectiveness and efficiency of health care delivery and create safe and enjoyable work places and places for recovery.

He is co-organizer of the Dutch Hedy d’Anconaprize for excellence in healthcare architecture and Innovation (2010-2014), researcher in public procurement of innovation for better & sustainable healthcare buildings and editor of books on evidence base design methodologies and operating theatres of the future.  Joram is also board member of the European Health Property Network, and speaker at many different international venues.
